Turn folded napkins into part of the table design with a custom paper napkin ring. The band gathers each napkin into a coordinated presentation and gives logos, names, event dates, menu cues, or sponsor graphics a focused display surface. It is a separate 16 pt paper accessory, not a napkin, so the branding can frame the place setting without changing the napkin itself.

Use full-colour printing for vivid artwork or optional gold foil for a reflective accent at formal receptions, corporate dinners, restaurant tables, and celebrations. Repeating the same design at every seat can help menus, place cards, centerpieces, and other table details feel connected. The result is a small but deliberate finishing element that makes each prepared setting feel more personal and complete.

Product Highlights

Add a separate branded layer: A 16 pt paper band wraps around a folded napkin to give the place setting its own branded surface.
Keep the band structured: Durable 16 pt paper gives the ring a sturdy, refined form.
Show detailed artwork clearly: Full-colour printing supports logos, graphics, event dates, and other custom details.
Add a metallic accent: Optional gold foil creates a reflective finish for the design.
Fit the band to the presentation: Choose between 15 cm x 4 cm and 29 cm x 5 cm for the intended folded setting.
Carry one look across the table: Repeat the selected artwork, event detail, or brand graphic at each prepared place setting.
Confirm the artwork before production: A digital proof provides a review checkpoint.
